Learn to know little tiger and little bear living near the river in their tiny house. One day the little tiger needs a bike. He wants to visit his girl friend Maya-Papaya, but the little bear does not agree. For him a bike and a tiger are a dangerous combination. It is Big Bear, narrator and neighbour of the two who brings in a bike and starts lessons with the little tiger. Together with the yellow and black kitten the kids in the audince learn the basic rules of traffic and travel by bike. Tongue in cheek Big Bear tells the story of the first steps by a little animal towards a big tripp.
